The Story
The story of how Loveonaroll began is rooted in my personal experiences with dating as a wheelchair user. The challenges I faced prompted me to delve deeper into the perceptions people held about individuals using wheelchairs. In 2017, I initiated a survey and documentary to gather honest feedback. The results were eye-opening; people expressed discomfort and uncertainty about integrating individuals with disabilities into their lives. This revelation led me to embark on a mission: to provide education that fosters openness and understanding in dating someone with a disability. Simultaneously, I began recognizing the systemic barriers faced by wheelchair users, such as accessibility issues in public places, housing, and employment. This awareness fueled my passion for addressing these issues head-on.
I started creating YouTube videos and launched a podcast in July 2020. As the journey unfolded, I realized the need to restructure and expand Loveonaroll's impact. Venturing into accessibility consulting became a pivotal moment, revealing the potential to offer a broader range of services beyond education. The evolution continues, and my passion for creating a more inclusive world remains at the core. Loveonaroll is not just about breaking down barriers; it's about passion, empowerment, and creating a more inclusive world. The journey is transformative, and I'm excited to share it with you all!
